We’re entering the fundraising phase of the Old Packhouse Market community purchase, and we’re forming 6 small (2-6 people in each), focused working groups to help make it happen.
- Fundraising and creative initiatives
- Events and community engagement
- Crowdfunding campaigns
- Grant research and applications
- Marketing and communications
- Philanthropic and investor relationships
Roles involve 2–4 hours a week, for a defined period. Some higher-responsibility roles may be supported in a structured, funded way to ensure accountability. All will receive Timebank credits for the hours worked. (Timebanking is a system where people earn credits by helping others and spend those credits when they need help themselves, one hour always equals one credit, no matter the task.)
